Worst customer service experience ever. I go and the store is empty. Give the doorman my name and why i'm there (to pick up a phone i had ordered to the store) he tells me to wait, there are people ahead of me. Look around, there are 7 employees and 3 customers in the store. 4 employees standing around doing nothing, while i wait. 30 mins later, someone gets to me. I tell them my name and that I got an email that my phone was at the store ready to be picked up. They tell me they sold it. F@$%#$%?????????????????????

horrible customer service, will never go there again.Based on this experience i will be looking for another cell phone carrier
