Went into store with a broken phone
Salesman Patrick said if we cannot fix it I promise you walk out with a working phone at minimum cost.after a 20 minute conference with Jose and Rey (the two managers) Jose gave me a thumbs up and I walked out with a new phone that was within my budget.
They saved my life. They are the best phone store I ever walked into . thanks guys

Just wanted to express my disappointment in the customer service I received at your retailer on Route 4 West in Paramus,NJ. My review on their Facebook site is as follows: Thanks for NOTHING! Went in with a technical issue (black screen and blue blinking light) and all the staff at this Verizon store could say was that it needed to replaced
When I stressed to the staff member that I had very important information and pictures on the phone he seemed uncaring and matter of factly said nothing could be done. Then I went to the Samsung Customer Service Center at Bergen Towne Center (upon a friends recommendation) and THEY were super helpful and said that they CAN save all my info. Sorry Verizon and staff members but YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK! The staff members weren't even kind enough to make me aware that there was a Samsung service center UP THE STREET FROM THEM!

I am utterly disappointed in your company especially after being a loyal customer for over 10 years! I will definitely NOT be renewing my contract!

I was feeling stressed out from an unsuccessful call with a customer service rep and decided to go to the store for some help. Jared was excellent and resolved my issue in under 10 minutes! Very happy with the service I received today.

I usually don't do reviews. But when I do, its because I am extremely Happy or disappointed. You know what this is about. I have 7 lines with Verizon, and getting a new device is like getting a new car. It should be an awesome experience. Stay away from "Joey" because you wont get a enjoyable moment. No personality, no manners, doesn't care what your wants and needs are. Next thing you know you are signing a contract of what you dont know about. I had to ask him how my plan was structured. when I wanted to make changes, he got upset and told me that he will have to start over. what kind of bs is that ?! I left without changes due to being short on time. Ive had better experience here, but not with Joey. Try the 17 north Store.
