The representatives that work in this store/location are very friendly/honest and welcoming ...........
After all my bad experiences at other Verizon stores / that literally have left a bad print and taste in my mouth , I can truly say I finally found
a place where you get the help and honesty your looking for... I actually have a Favorite Manager here ... (Will) friendly , Professional and very helpful always ...Thank You Guys !! For changing my experience with Verizon !!!

I always go to this store. Always having problems with my phone and these guys are so helpful. They take their time to help you and are great and I always drive them crazy with my numerous problems. Best Verizon store Ive ever been to.

I love coming to this store. Always so helpful. As an older woman who has lost her phone twice now and these guys have helped me recover my information and gotten me new phones. Saved all my photos always go out of their way to help me. This store is better than the one on Union Square.
