They need to send someone in from corporate to see how bad the customer service is here. Have been waiting an hour on a Monday night to print a bill. There are 5 reps here and 2 are helping people.
Finally being helped and the woman 'manager' has a really bad attitude.
I checked in an hour ago to print a bill and now that it's my turn they are telling me they can't do it. Did they think they could an hour ago?????

One of the worst Verizon stores ever. Please avoid at all costs. Waiting for ever just for a SIM card replacement?!

Terrible customer service!!!! Wait around while they BS with customers. I drove 10 miles away to another store and suggest you do the same unless you like to get stressed. Please don't delete this negative review verizon

Terrible customer service!!!! 5 people working there with one that can actually assist you and of course he is busy. 1 hour wait at 7:30pm on a weeknight!

A bunch of unprofessional assholes work at this store they all need to be fired especially the white lady that sits behind the desk she is so rude avoid this store at all cost the people that work her are nasty and rude and unprofessional I don't know the ladies name but I was in the store one day and she was called a bitch by a Jewish guy he's absolutely right then I seen her arguing ..
