Why do they have a direct # to the store (in which I need a store-specific question answered) if they are going to just forward it to a customer service representative some where in the Midwest EVERY TIME???

My experience was great. Friendly geeting & smiles from even those not waiting on me, professional answer to my request & Verizon discount on ear phones I was replacing.

Clueless. Had to wait an hour to even get served and then they screwed up my data plan. I called several times and they told me it just took time to get 'approved'. I called Verizon itself and they said it would never have been approved if I hadn't called.
