Manager is incompetent. Made me come back 4 times, wait 2 hours each time. Told me they didn't know why they couldn't switch my phone like it said deal. Called Corporate, called technical support. I wasn't asking for anything crazy, It was part of the contract.

It's very simple...... Only deal with Kevinif you go there.

Alarm on devices goes off for no reason. Second time it went off on me, some one came out and reset. He kept on saying I bought the device instead of apologizing. Where do they get these employees?

I bought an expensive Iphone. The guy who waited on me failed to backup all my contacts to the new phone for whatever reason. When I check there were 93 on the Verizon site and only 63 in my phone... or so I thought. So I went back thinking I had some 30+ contacts to back up manually if this failed. A clerk there named Shawnalee waited on me, and I admit I was cranky, impatient and not anticipating a good result. But this young lady took my grouch in stride, and just dug in and helped me despite my mood. The result was that we got all of what was really over 400 contacts backed up to the phone with no problems. Shawnalee deserves a whole lot of Kudos... and gets a pat on the back from me. And, BTW: truly sorry for my bad mood. You were great! Only reason for four stars instead of five is that I had to meet her on my SECOND trip there.

Not much of help and lack of knowledge.
Stopped by today as i was receiving data overage notice even though i did not use more than my plan

Customer rep told me that i need a bigger data plan right off the bet, even before looking into my problem

She could not see my data usage as i combined the line last month with my friend(which will put me in the position where i might use more data not knowing how much i already exceeded from my plan, verizon website was showing unusual number figures which led me to the store thinking it's a system error)

But the only thing she kept on repeating was that i need a bigger plan and how much will be charged for every GB that was over used.

She was busy running around(with my phone in her hand) to ask someone in the back.

Did not solve my problem and left me very unsatisfied.
