Customer service is very unpleasant, bagels are not the greatest, and they do not honor their loyalty punch card.

The food is ok.. 3 out of 5.. Its not the best cafe in town by far. The issue here is that the owner( younger lady) is so loud and rude how she speaks to people.

Horrible customer service and outright thivery! If they make a mistake on your order, they will accuse the customer and deny everything. After that hanging up on you is all you will get if you call to complain. The customer is left without the food they paid for, and no restitution. Boycott this den of thieves!
