- Excellent #152289

After a horrible experience with Verizon where they refused to cancel my service and left me on hold for 3 hours, I came down to this store and had the issue cleared up in minuets. I will never use Verizon again but the people of this store are wonderful.

Horrible customer service!!! I called to get fios info because im new to the area. Not only did the person who answered the phone gave me wrong info, she hung up on me mid sentence!!!! A very nice "welcome to NYC" for me!
