I have never heard of this company until this morning when I found my bank account drained! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Do not use this company! They steal money out of your bank accounts. Not sure how they got any of my information. THIEVES!

I Have Bank Of America and my Attorney on them
I just found out almost $ 700.00 that had been taken from my account
without my knowledge.
That's awful - but they will pay a high price for doing so...

the absolute worst customer service. i will never use this app and will suggest that anyone i know does not use it either. i have over $1500 tied up with them and they will not answer emails or respond as to how to access my account. after stupidly sending them a photo of my card, a bank statement and my drivers license for "proof of identity" i still cant get anyone to respond. seconds away from just visiting their office. this is absurd!

venmo has the worst customer service. Tried to send my girlfriend money for rent. Never went to her account, venmo basically stole the money from me and they don't even have a call for support line. My advice, NEVER USE VENMO. Good ol' fashioned paypal will do just fine because thats all venmo really is, a modern looking paypal. They even rely on paypal to do the bank transfers for them. Venmo is basically a front for a company that just rips people off and steals their money.

This place is the biggest piece of shit company EVER! Horrible customer service, do not reply to any form of messaging (venmo messaging/emails/etc), do not have a phone number (wtf is that?!?!?!?)!!! My account has been frozen for months and they don't even have the decency to get back in touch with me to let me know what is wrong.
