I went in there in a bind. I had two weddings back to back, one in Florida and one in Long Island. I was able to start my order online and pick things up in person at their showroom. Everything went out much faster than expected. The LI bride changed her mind on me twice and these guys rolled with the punches. I payed a very small delivery fee and they swapped the vases and acrylic nuggets out for me a total of three times. One of the Florida vases got broken in shipment, but they sent out a replacement at no cost. That's unheard of!! They really bent over backwards for me and my staff. They will be my first choice for any upcoming events. I wish the vase wouldn't have broken, but that's more a complaint for Fed-Ex. Besides, they fixed the problem.
