Vance has worked to address many of my technical issues over the years. He is committed to fixing one's problem quickly while offering excellent customer service. Last night, he helped me address a connectivity problem in order for me to meet a deadline. He was so helpful! Most importantly, he worked on my laptop from New York and I reside in New Orleans. He does awesome work at all times.
