I had a problem with my boiler last night, called them and within 1 hour the serviceman (Paul) showed up by my door. Serviced my old boiler to working condition without headache. Thank you for saving my freezing house on one of the coldest nights.

After having a new heating system replaced the hot water heater failed within in 18 months, while under warrantee. The owner of the company agreed to credit me for the failed device rather than replacing it. He now refuses to do so.

In the discussions of what had happened, I came to realize that they never explained to me the necessary annual maintenance needs of the heater nor did they advise me of the cost of annual maintenance. I also received no notification that my new heater needed to have its anode inspected and that they provide that service. When discussing the replacement options they indicated that the water should be tested to determine which device would be most suitable. This was never done or discussed during the initial system sales and installation process. I was charged $400 to diagnose the problem and remove the failed unit.

I want to be credited for the failed unit. I would also like to point out the failure of proper determination of an appropriate system, maintenance requirements and annual cost impact during the sales and installation process.

My home has been a customer of theirs for 30 years. Not only did I have an entire heating system replaced, they also removed an in ground oil tank and installed an above ground tank.
