Fun tour, nice bar room. Tasting + tour is $10, which applies to your purchase of whiskey if you buy a bottle. They make rum, soju, and vodka in addition to the whiskey but they don't pour nor sell it here ... feel free to ask them where you can go to buy/taste those elsewhere in Brooklyn. Pro tip: take the Ikea ferry to reach this place from the Wall Street Pier in Manhattan. The ferry is free on Saturday and Sunday and a fun way to travel to Red Hook. Hours given as Thu, Fri (4-7) and Sat, Sun (1-7). Call ahead to confirm. Look for special deals on Living Social.

I did the tour here which was bought on amazon. The tour was entertaining and they were generous with the whisky tasting. The cocktails were to notch and I recommend this for a lazy sunday afternoon.

I tried their American whiskey at an event and was blown away by how smooth and flavorful it was! So we went to the Stillhouse for a tour. For $10, you get a tasting glass and four samples of their liquors, and a tour of the premises. The tour is short, basically one room, but you get to hear about the production process and ask questions. Be sure to walk over to Steve's Key Lime Pie afterwards.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; delicious cocktails; and an interesting tour. Grab a drink in their lounge before or after you tour, though.

Came for the whiskey distillery tour, but stayed (a long time) for the Tasting Room. Mean cocktails are served at the Tasting Room. I started with Old Fashioned made with Himalayan cane sugar and brandied cherry... HIMALAYAN!!! Might be the best Old Fashioned I have had. I also had the American Whiskey (neither Bourbon nor Scotch) on the rocks (hand-chiseled ice). The Tasting Room is very cozy with its fake fireplace, plenty of couches, whiskey barrels, and bowls of snacks. Definitely coming back for the tasting room in the future.
