We had ValueDy install a sump pump in our basement to solve a small problem we had whenever there was excessive rainfall. The company was prompt, efficient, professional and all of the work was done neatly and with minimal disruption to our home. We haven't had significant rainfall to se if it works, but I am confident that we won't be disappointed.
The contractors who finished the basement said it was the neatest job they have ever seen.

From the start, the presentation by the sales rep, Mike Kewer, showed knowledge of the process, was organized and he answered every one of our questions to our satisfaction. The work team arrived on schedule and wasted no time getting started. We were expecting at least 3-4 days to complete the work. However, they worked tirelessly to completion in 2 days. Everything was done as promised. The work was neatly done and clean-up was complete. The work team was lead by M. Salansky. The only surprise at completion was that we did not realize we would have to provide our own electrical supply to the two new sump pumps. This was not a big deal. However, I suggest that the sales reps include this information in their presentations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to put an end to their basement water problems.

Value Dry has done an excellent job waterproofing our cellar. The celler has never been dryer, which is a great help. Our previous sump pump took days to dry out the cellar. Value Dry’s pump instantly removed the water I could not believe the improvemnet. I would definitely recomend Value Dry to anyone needing to keep their cellar and basement dry.

They gave us a "free estimate" appointment a month later; the day before the visit, they called and canceled. The rescheduled it for another month later. Two months! When I asked if this was normal customer service, the girl on the phone did not care. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she did not connect me. I was only trying to get an appointment; if I have a real problem, how can they help? I am so glad, they did not come, they did not do anything in our house. It is obvious they have a very bad customer care attitude. The ones in Jersey City. This company might do a good job, but with this careless customer service, how far they can go. I wonder what compnay's owner will think of them if they know?
