When I used them a few years ago, I thought they were a great place with helpful counter service, good prices, and hassle-free buy-backs for unused parts. But I just called now about a boiler, and the number listed here is disconnected!

Call these guys whenever you need plumbing/hardware material or power tools. They have the best prices on everything including boilers/hot water tanks, believe me. They have significantly cheaper prices than ace/lowes/ or home depot or any other plumbing store.

I ordered a hot water heater from them for which they promised to deliver on the same day. It was an emergency as my hot water heater had finally seen the last of its years. They never delivered the water heater that day. I called them several times and left over 10 messages with no response. I finally had to drive to the store to get the water heater. These people are not reliable.
