I absolutely will recommend this company. We rented a 12 passenger van in the Union, NJ location. Manny and Fran were so patient, while we were there trying to solve a last minute problem. They stayed way passed their schedule, and Fran was over and beyond with the customer service. Thank you so much!!

The people at Value Van and Car Rental are great. I have rented a mini van at least once a year and never had any problems. Their staff are great people and have always made my visit smooth and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

Great deals for 15 passenger vans the newest and tip line models if your looking for tip notch 15 p this is the place the other mainstream rentel companies won't gaureentee the newest vans

Beautiful Vans, great for our family vacation to Disney. You can book it all on their convenient website, or talk to one of their very helpful customer service reps. Highly reccomended

Affordable but Brad the manager is very rude. If you are someone who cares about both quality customer service as well as affordability/ if you're like me and would pay much extra for excellent customer service.. Then I wouldn't rent from here. Also no EZ pass options for their cars. The car that was rented to me was in bad shape, multiple dents.. And in need of an urgent wheel alignment.
