Worst customer service department ever! The service people don't care at all about their customers! They also do not inform you on anything with repair orders you have to be suprised when parts show up at your house. I bought a couch from them and they called when they were 10 min from my house... Never let me know the time slot before hand. When people say "You get what you pay for" this store is the perfect example of that! My husband and I went off a recommendation for a brand of furniture from our sales lady and we were told it was a great brand and it wasn't a cheap couch! P. S the delivery people couldn't even connect the couch right and it was broken with in a week! Little to our surprise, that company factory dropped that couch so they don't even make it anymore! Do yourself a favor.. Save a few extra bucks and go to a better store!

Bought a mattress there. After 3 months it settled half an inch. So basically it was a complete waste of money because my firm mattress had a half an inch give on it. Complained they said Im stupid for every thinking a firm mattress would stay firm within 3 months. Never going there again. you should avoid it at all COSTS!!!!!

I do my research and then I go there and they beat the price. The sales gentleman Frank doesn't push just shows you all options.

I loved my experience with this store. The person who sold me my bed and desk understood my style right away and pointed me to what I wanted exactly. The whole experience was very pleasant. And my delivery went smoothly.

Against my better judgement we ordered a bed for our Son here this past Saturday. It was going well and to my surprise the delivery date was set for Wednesday. After a run around with the truck driver & the call center my husband was so angry he cancelled the order. Our house couldn't be any closer to the road and it's right across the street from a firehouse that they said they were sitting at. My husband even stood outside waiting for them to pass & drove down the street to the plaza they said they were sitting at after he said he was looking at the firehouse and no one was there. Lies & a complete run-around so they lost our business this time and in the future. Awful customer service on the phone too - I called a week prior to check if a display model was in the store and the phone system said I was the 4th caller aprox time would be 10 minutes. I sat on the phone for over 30 minutes and the man that answered couldn't help me anyway. I guess when you annoy enough people it takes a long time to deal with all the complaints.
