Always loved Sears. Sorry to know to many people sit on their buts and order online. Customer service in store is sadly lacking these days and the poor souls who work there are stressed.

Decent selection of tools, but overpriced compared to the internet/lowes. ok in a pinch.

If you want to shop at the worst Sears in existence, with terrible customer service, nothing you are looking for, and even a little dirty, then this is the store for you!

The customer service was horrible. I was felt I was unimportant. The sales rep insisted I was lying about purchasing an item at the store. The manager working on April 4th 2015 was extremely rude on the phone tried to yell at me. Never returned my phone calls. Just over all experience was horrible and I would not recommend anyone shopping for big items at the Middletown NJ store. Poor service.
