To say my experience was horrible would be doing an injustice to the word horrible! This place has absolutely no pride in their work, and no fears of repercussions from a bad review or an unsatisfied consumer.

I brought in 5 Tommy Bahama silk shirts for dry cleaning in February. of this year, (Three of them were brand new.) After countless trips and endless empty promises from the staff as well as the owner Jeff, I have finally given up hope that VALUE ACT will EVER make good ob their word to make it right. to make a long story short, today (thanks to their professional dry cleaning services), I have one with stains, one with burn holes, and 2 that the silk material was ruined due to the process they use to clean the shirts.

The staff is sick of seeing me, but not as sick as I am of being turned away from their store with the same unresolved issues. WTF?

Great customer service and I was very satisfied with my garments. In the beginning I was hesitating to take my clothes there. Since the price is so cheap I thought that the outcome would not be good, plus I was discouraged by some of the reviews. However, the impression that they gave me was very good and I am glad that I gave it a try.

Great service and excellent customer sevice. Can't find a better place or price. They just earned my loyalty. Would recommend to family and friends. Hassle free, simple, free parking. Keep up the excellent work
