The staff at Valley Stream Pediatrics is so kind and caring as well. Booking appointments is a snap. Every time we walk in we are greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Thank you for all of you great services!

We've seen Dr. Berman here at Valley Stream Pediatrics for the past year and she's been wonderful. She never rushes through an appointment and really spends time explaining everything to us and to our kids. She was very thorough in reading through our girls' medical history. I would highly recommend Dr. Berman to anyone.

I am so disappointed with the office. My children have been going here for years! The doctors are GREAT but the Billing department SUCKS. They have this wireless check-in process on a tablet called Phreesia and apparently nothing is communicating with all parties. I was hesitate to put my credit card information in this contraption.
It seems their billing company Allied has no problem charging your credit card for billing. ( you have the option to make payment arrangements on this tablet) It was a decision I made to take care of an outstanding bill that my insurance would not cover.

So each month they're charging my credit card for the "Payment arrangement" and to my surprise I get a COLLECTION notice for the same outstanding balance!!! WTF!!!

AND the collection notice was filed WELL after I made the payment arrangement! FRAUD!!!!
I was so angry i cancelled all of my children's future appointments. I am beyond PISSED!
Looking for a new doctor.
