Worst customer service EVER. Waited an hour and a half for a cold pizza. Being a delivery driver myself, I KNOW how long it takes & if I'm going to be late, I'm required to call the customer. Not only was this not done, the manager refused to give a credit or discount on a future delivery. EVERY restaurant does that! My manager at least takes responsibility if one of her drivers takes twice as long as predicted to deliver & keeps the customer happy. Don't bother with this place.

Very nice pizza except the blonde who works there she can't run anything..great staff otherwise and also great pizza but I worked at both Naples and valentinos and Naples wins hands down..the blond ruined countless experiences for many from what I'm told

Is it new owners??? Horrible service..... told 45 mins. Called several times ... told,"driver on the way; will be there shorty." Driver finally arrived bringing cold pizza and warm drink. Next time, my kids suggest ordering from this place; I'll get Chucky Cheese Pizza! SMDH
