I was also tricked into paying for twice as much as I should have. When I went to pay I tried to explain that I was initially told it would only be 25 for the service. The girl working insisted that I heard wrong and that I owed 50. I had to pay that amount and lose my money. The woman styling my hair also aggressively used extreme heat to blowdry it out and ended up destroying the benefit of the hot oil treatment that my hair needed.

Greedy..greedy..greedy!!!The women sitting at the front desk are all 'professional tricksters'.They could just charge you more for nothing.Be very careful!!
I went here a couple of times and will never go here ever again.Was tricked both the times!!!
The first time I went,a thin short asian lady did my hair(I suppose her name is Pam from the reviews below).She was awesome,I was so happy with her service.Very professional.Now here is thing,after I was done,she went with the bill to the front desk and I heard her saying "$25" and I saw the bill too.The lady sitting at the front desk wrote a $40" bill right in front of me and asked me to pay $40.I asked her I was charged $25 and why its $40 now and spontaneously came the answer "The $25 bill is somebody else's"!!!!
Second time,I was hoping to get the same lady who did my hair last time.But,unfortunately,she wasn't there and I got another person.This lady herself is something else-very unprofessional,may be a trainee or something.She almost burned my scalp with the hair dryer.I went there for a hair wash and blow dry(straight).She said she would just trim my hair so that it looks good.And she just went 'cut-cut' a couple of times and done.Almost did nothing and started to blowdry(straight) and almost burned my scalp.Took almost 45 minutes and it was terrible.Somehow I wanted to get it over with. After I was done,this lady and the one sitting at the front desk were discussing something over the bill and corrected it.It was overwritten and was charged $60!!!.I was shocked.Thay gave some weird explanation when I asked them about it.Done with this place..Will never go here again!!! Friends...beware!!!
