Horrible!!!! Branco promised to have job completed by a date 7 weeks from signing of contract. He took a 50% deposit, never showed, had excuses every time he was called. We finally requested a return of the deposit and he refused. We sued him and got our money back a year later. Untrustworthy, unreliable, dishonest.
