This place is the worse...not only was I home, all day, but the door was wide open as I was working in the garage, 6 feet from my front door...the "update" stated there was an attempt and a notice left....BOTH FALSE..plus no one ever picks up the phone...there is no back up number or voice mail. Last thing I want is to go over there, deal w/eh service and be told its already out for delivery and start the waiting game all over again. *this happens almost every time it isn't the regular rep. What, are they not trained to knock on doors or ring bells?

It should come as no surprise as to why the USPS is having such a difficult time trying to make ends meet. Called customer service during business hours, and the VOICEMAIL box was full. There was no backup number to forward to. The call was terminated. Way to go, USPS!

Been redelivering a package for a week. They never showed up don't pick up. Its been since before Christmas. I know its the holidays but omgggg a note.. a message through the tracking or at least pick up the damn phoneee

This has got to be one of the worst post offices in the United States. Lies and laziness dwell there. Festering in every corner of that building. They claim they try and deliver but never even attempted. Plus no delivery slip to pick up from post office. If you have a job then do it to the best of your ability. If you do not like said job then quit. We the working populace do not have time for this nonsense.

Absolutely the worst. Seriously, why should I have to wait a whole week just to re-order a package I paid 2 day shipping for? I work for my money and I and everyone else here shouldn't have to go through sh-- to get what we were promised. Just give me my package and be done with it: no long lines, no hassle, no trouble. Everyone wins.
Shame Amazon really made some partner deal with USPS when these sorry hacks don't even try. Really makes them look bad.
