The people have always been helpful. I have had a PO Box there for 3 years and also a local address. I think the desk people and the carriers have always been helpful and friendly - and they knew what they were doing.

3 of my packages during last 2 years just disapiered! Lost a lot of money because of that and could not do anything to get it back.
