The clerks were very patient and helpful to me. I heard so many horror stories about the post office but this experience I must say is good. I will mail everything through this specific location.

I will give it zero stars if it was possible! They block the dropping off mailbox for boxes so even if you have a package with a postage to drop off you have to stand in line. The line is always long and only one person helping. Without mentioning how rude the employees are. Worst USPS ever!

Definitely not the kind of service that should be offered in the upper west side.

Most USPS places make me never want to mail something again. The people working the lobby are so friendly and pleasant it makes going not a dreaded task.
