I came to this Post office on Saturday 12 at 2:05 and it is 2:58 now. The pick up line has been so slow and when my turn came the old lady at the pick up window sent me to another window and the lady at that window didn't want to help me either and sent me back to the pick up window again and I'm still here waiting for someone to do the job. None of them wanted to take customers and the lady at the pick up window is soooo slow. Worst customer service. Do your work well or get another job.

They claimed to deliver my package yesterday and i havent gotten anything. I wasted 80 bucks on auto parts and now i have to find out if its still on its way or if it was misplaced. So much for paying for two day shipping

Only 2 employees at pick hour, one of them rude as hell, shipping materials super expensive. why would you go there? oh yeah is the only one in the area open after 12;00 pm.

Dear USPS Of West New York,
Your post office honestly is not what it used to be. I've done a lot of online shopping over the years and have not had any problems with walking in and out in under 5 minutes. Now it seems like i have to waste my hour lunch break just to wait here ( 30 minute wait 30 minute drive) for you guys to tell me some lame excuse to tell me that my package was being redelivered ( mind you the notice that was left behind said parcel @ post office). Terrible... just terrible.

Worst service ever, they never update their tracking status to let me know its out for delivery and they tried to deliver it to me a day early, now i got to go pick it up at the office even though the actual delivery date was today but i missed it because they didn't inform me and i'm sure they won't deliver it again today.
