US Post Office

The worse postal office ever I call them more than 20 times nobody ever pick up the phone... I didn't know the point of having a postal office if this people aren't ready to work

Terrible. They don't know where my package is! I went to this place to see if my package is there and one of the employees said it'll be here in the morning even though I paid extra money for a one day ship. Now I'm going crazy trying to find out where my package is.

We have lots of package to drop off each day since we have an online store. One of the the staff keep telling us to dropboff pacakage at the manor road office since we have too many packages each day. It is ridiculous that the post office staff telling someone that they have too much business for them to take care. I thought post office is mainly serving as postal master. Then we asked the supervisor if there is a limit for the quanyities of packages allowed to drop off each day. We were told no such policy at the post office. Someone who works there as a postal staff just make up this excuse to avoid larger workload.

It seems like they may need more workers; but they was patient and helpful ; just needed to send off a express mail. I forgot to send in something in the mail and homeland secutity sent everything back with he express package; hopefully i would not have to pay 80 bucks again:/ i have the reciept; I'm praying. will post what happened.

This is by far one of the worst postal facilities I've encountered. The lines are always long. They lost a couple of my packages, even when I placed a sign on my door not to leave packages they disregarded it. I have even found a package on the sidewalk as if the driver threw it out of the window. Lastly, they falsely claim package attempts when the driver never got out of the vehicle. Try calling the station number and it rings out. Bring on the job cuts!
