US Post Office

First, someone needs to check the attitude of their postal workers. I had medication delivered to the wrong building and tried to make a complaint. I was directed to three separate people before I can make a complaint. Up to this day NO FOLLOW UP. Secondly I had the medication delivered a second time, it was a good thing I had the information. When I called the said the attempted to deliver twice and NO SLIP WAS left in my mailbox. I went to the office to pick it up and the lady was very obnoxious when I tried to explain the situation. I wanted an answer as to why my mail is not getting delivered, obviously someone isn't doing their job. Apparently there are People at that facility who does care at all for people. Your customer service is very deplorable and someone needs to held accountable for their actions. Thank God this wasn't life threatening medication. If I could have scored a zero I would.. Further more I will report to the local media. Get your act together if you don't want to do your job retire and hire people who are willing and able.

Horrible postal service , They dont deliver ANYTHING on time , they make up so much lies acting like they came ! How did you come when there's no mail in the entire building?, You call in about your package they act like its a crime to wanna know where your stuff is , VERY RUDE!! they hang up the phone on you half of the time they don't attempt to answer.

Worst post office ever, always a line. Find different one in area.

Never pick up the phone and horrible service.

They are compulsive liars they don't deliver the mail on time when it supposed to be delivered
