If it were possible to give it no stars I would have done so. Wait times are way too high and they usually only have one employee facing customers. If the USPS doesn't innovate, it's going to be a rough road ahead.

Very long lines and only 1 teller. Spent an hour waiting to discover they couldn't help me. There are other post offices with more tellers such as Canal Street and Church or Lafayette and 10th street.

No lines and the staff is efficient as well as polite. Now it's not a chore but a pleasant task to go to the post office. I wish my packages were received here.

Only one window servicing a line of 15 people with packages. Customs forms on the table mislabeled. The cheapest international shipping options rates are not posted anywhere and won't be offered as an option unless you ask explicitly.
