The taller dark skinned woman is very rude. She talks to people as if they are incarcerated. She haS the worst "do as I say, or else!" attitude. This has got to be the most disrespectful customer service agent I have ever had to deal with. She makes the whole location a disgrace. As soon as i am sure of what her name is, im going to expose her. She needs to be terminated ASAP!!!!!!
