US Post Office

the black lady at the passport window is racist. she skipped my number and went to the black lady who came after me. wasted half a day didnt even get my passport done i dont deserve this. no one does. never going back there again unless she is fired. yea you. the one who looks like an ostrich.

I am sorry that I could not give a zero star. At 9 am this morning only two windows were open to register letters, send packages, buy a money order..... The two postal workers seemed to be overworked. The line continued to get larger. People were shouting to get a supervisor to help the situation. No one came out to explain why there was a delay. I was 14 on line and after 25 minutes I was till number 14. The line was getting longer and longer.
A supervisor should have come out to help the situation, but no one came out the entire time I was there. I left after 30 minutes. What a shame this is one of the main post offices for Brooklyn.
