US Post Office

I live in Lutherville, MD, outside of Baltimore. This post office sent a package for me to Eastern Nassau, NY, which is further north than Baltimore is south, and the post office in Eastern Nassau has a rating as bad as this one in Brooklyn. I going to file a complaint, for what good it will do.

Not sure if there's even a point to rating this place on here. Not like there is any other choice of post office...

At my building they put mail for our building in the wrong apartment mailboxes. They leave mail and packages for other buildings in ours. They don't collect mail from the outgoing mail box. They say no one is there to receive the package when they are home. They steal the keys in the key keepers and then complain the keys are missing.

We've had our super confront the various mail delivery people, and they always have the WORST attitude imaginable. We've left huge signs asking for improvement, and it never improves. We've called in at least 20 complaints with USPS customer service.

This place needs a complete overhaul. There is no excuse for one branch to run so poorly.

Worst service ever. Damn lazy drivers never delive my packages... Always claiming I'm closed. Bunch of lazy lying postmen. No wonder the post office is going out on business. ... Try to call, impossible, you'll get a busy signal 24/7. True postmaster there should be fired! I would give them zero stars if I could. Extremely frustrating.

This is the worst worst worst post office ever. I just moved to this 11232 area for less than two years, I got countless mail piece lost!!!!!! I was expecting three important mails. They have the audacity to return two of them and said undeliverable as addressed!!!!' While the third is marked as delivered!!!!! THESE MAIL PIECES NEED SIGNATURES!!! They said they left it in mail box!! Box my ass! And the woman at the pickup window said mails get lost all the time!!! WTH!!!! Within two years I have lost more mails than the last ten years combined!!!! Can someone do something about this post office?
Seriously, if you knew someone at another zip code area, have all your mails sent there instead!!!! Don't risk losing them with this 11232, a house full of incompetent lazy people.

Worst P.O. in 100 miles ! I wish they gave the option of a negative rating. Out of 12 packages that were sent to me from others using USPS, I had difficulty with 7 of them. They say no one is home when I am in fact there. They say they leave a pink card(failed delivery card) when they never do. I had a package sent to me from family in Europe I never received it ! 2 months later it was back in Europe at my families house. It sat at the 11232 P.O. for 30 days. I called then several times and they told me nothing was there for me. Lazy, incompetent, arrogant are the only words to describe the workers there. On a lighter note, there is one delivery person that is wonderful I wish I could remember her name and tell everyone..She delivers the mail up and down 39th ST between 4th and 5th ave......The rest are worthless !!
