US Post Office

worst postal service experience ever. longest lines ive seen anywhere and sometimes they misplace your package. ive had 3 instances where ppl i dnt even know bring my mail because it was wrongly given to them. employees are disrespectful and slow. honestly they should close this place down or investigate and hire new employees

Worst experience ever been there since 9am, when they opened, to pick up my packages that they told me to come and pick up left 11:44 with no packages because they said they are out for delivery. Why would you tell me to pick it up if you sent it out? thats what they told me yesterday too out for delivery waited the whole day get a text message saying notice left....what notice, i recieved no notice at all. only had one person working. You guys need to fix your system and your attitude. We're waiting for hours and you're giving us terrible service of course we would get loud and angry. You guys need to do way better. Its a new year come on now. You guys are gonna keep this up end up getting your workplace shut down because of your bad attitudes and bad customer service then be out of a job. Never been so upset over mail this much in my entire life.

Absolutely the worse! They don't ever deliver your package just leave a slip in your mail box , which doesn't help me at all I'm pregnant and have to constantly go pick up items for my baby there because they never deliver it defeats the purpose to shop online if I have to go pick it up anyway then when you get there your waiting on a line that's outside and maybe around the corner ,when you get in there the people are rude and can't even find your package so your sitting well I should say standing until they find it! The worse the worse the worse!!!

This post office is like the scum at the bottom of my shoe do not go there it is insanely horrible. They have no customer service they act like they don't care about anything their attitude is off the roof. Their is no organization they're always all over the damn place. I would never come back i rather drive a few miles to a different post office and save myself from a headache. The lines are always out the door to buy stamps you will stand in line for more than a half hour.

If my mail is there, I have always received it from Brooklyn's Bristol Street Post Office IF I gave them the correct identification & DELIVERY NOTICE(s).

No fragile item ever sent to me was not as I ordered it, after getting it home from Brooklyn's Bristol Street Post Office.

I've always received quick and courteous service - once I reach the Service Windows. Brooklyn's Bristol Street Post Office serves MANY people.
