My package has been sitting here in this place since 2/27 and it was supposed to be delivered on March 3rd. Why is this taking so long. I have 3 order packages coming through this place to to them coming from over seas. This is just plain stupid.
You call and the line is busy. What the hell is going on at this office. This is what happens when you let Unions run a business like the postal service.

Tried calling the number but the call keeps failing! My package has been in transit for 4 weeks now!! I'm so upset. Going to send my items with UPS from now on. No more with USPS

1 Star because it's required to give 'something'. I have, as of yet, NEVER been able to get through on the phone. I am calling from the UK trying to track a package that has been stuck with them for 10 days.
Can't email/use online contact form to USPS as you're required to give a U.S. recipient address only - pointless when trying to raise a query about international! Do they understand their international posting product at all? No response to my many messages on Social Media. I am at a genuine loss on how I get in touch with these people?!

I sent a packaged Priority Mail Express guaranteed next delivert on Dec 1, it Dec 4, and it was sent to JFK instead of where it needed to be. I called JFK and spoke with Peter Wong, who was rude. I explained to him that there were review showing that he was was rude to customers, and he replied that "I am rude, so what?"
