US Post Office

I would like give this review NEGATIVE 10 stars. I can never reach by phone this location. Called main USPS number to assistance they tell me this place has no other number to be reached at. My packages delivery is such a hassle even with setting up redeliver as it does not come as requested. Someone needs to get fired and replaced to run this place as it should rather this disaster system and management they have in place.

lady at the pickup window very vewry,did i say very nasty!1she has an attitude she must be 24 years of age just nasty!usps mail never leaves a notice in my mailbox i always have to go online for tracking number!the worst service ever!THE WORST POST OFFICE !!!

Packages that require signature are NEVER delivered. No pink paper either. They just wait all day and then post that there was no secure location to drop the package that they supposed to bring to the door. Same thing happens every time when package sent USPS signature required. This is the worst post office I ever encountered.

Okay, so, after talking to many people (from Ask USPS to multiple post offices) about my missing package that was delivered, Linda who works in this post office was the only person who took my concerns seriously and calmed me down.
Later on that day, my package is left in the lobby where someone opened it and kept the packing slip, but left the charger. I guess a laptop charger is useless without the laptop. So kudos to Linda the awesome office lady but whoever delivered the package is a dumbass for leaving a package in the lobby of a building in a bad neighborhood. Go you, Glen Coco.

This post office is the reason i will no longer use USPS. i never receive my shipments on time, driver is lazy never comes to door never leaves notes. half the time they open your packages before the deliver them don't know how many times i have received empty packages. The staff is rude un-professional any time i see the driver he is stoned and stinks like pot. I paid extra to receive a package today urgency was of the essence, i stayed home all day hoping to see this mysterious mailclown not even watching tv in fear i might miss his knock. i left notes on the door and in my mailbox that i was home and needed delivery and to leave at door or with a neighbor or with my building security. finally at 540pm they update the number and say he attempted but my box was blocked i supposed it would be if you were attempting to put 4 large boxes in a 6" x 6" x 12" mail box, of course when i asked my door man and security in my building the confirmed that he never even came inside the building he pulled up out front waited 20 min and drove away. i hope every person in this post office gets fired they represent all that is wrong with union labor and our postal system. i urge everyone on here to start calling the district manager as well as leaving formal complaints to usps lets get these clown out and some real employees in!
