An absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional. I called and was given misinformation. Then to pack on charges even though I was clear before going into the office. On top of the hole in the wall appearance the guy has me sit at his computer and do his job. To make matters worse the guy lies to me and tells me $195 for government fees on top of the $150 fee he quoted me on the phone. Do yourself a favor and just go to the post office on 18th and 7th and pay $135 and be done. This totally pissed me off and waisted an hour of my life.

They say they open at 10am yet i visited yesterday at 10am and then again at 10:20 and they had not opened yet. Went back this morning at 10:40am and there was still no answer. Useless!!
