I love Uptown Pilates because they create a work out routine to accommodate my physical limitations, while motivating me to push harder towards my goals. The judgment-free environment makes it an easy choice over being stared at and mocked at the gym! The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly; I am always full of questions and they have no problem explaining what each pose does for each muscle, which really helps me get the most out of my work out. After taking a few private lessons and group classes, I noticed a remarkable difference in my flexibility, endurance and strength, not to mention the inches I lost off my waist! I would recommend to Uptown Pilates to ANYONE, whether you be a beginner, advanced or have an injury, they will accommodate and/or challenge you, and transform your body!
