Please do your research before making any deals with this broker firm. This organization uses shady tactics to get the most out of rent payers. After I contacted the management company and realized they lied about the on-month fee charge, they intentionally ignored my calls and help my deposit for 23 hours until it expired, just to move onto a higher bidder.
