Worst shipping experience! Took 3 days for them to actually arrive for the scheduled pick up. Was given excuses every time I called to see why they have not arrived yet. I understand being a little out of the scheduled time for a pick up, but being told its going to be 5 hours past the scheduled time is ridiculous, and that's even if they get here! This is the last time we use UPS, unreliable and not even close to being punctual.
