Never to use UPS for any delivery, the lazy driver got to my door only to leave a notice, why, because the package weights 39lbs and the POS did not want to carry it off the truck so i ended up picking. Danielle is the manger they lack customer support and almost on thw defense immediately, UPS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR REPUTATION LOOK IN TO THIS FACILITY

Driver ring the bell and they expect to be next to the door. By the time I get to the door they already gone by the time you count 123. I had call UPS to hold my package so I can pick up myself. Remember you hear that bell start counting 1-2 got the package 3 just don't bother He/she's gone!..

UPS in Pelham is Terrible. The driver claims to have dropped off packages that never made it to my house. I gave specific instructions and they couldn't follow them causing my package to be lost. So any bad experiences with the Pelham UPS I will use fed ex from now on. Beware if your in the Riverdale bronx/Yonkers area the driver mysteriously drops packages off that never make it to your home.

Little do they know I have a camera in front my house that I installed just for them. They always claim they deliver when they don't. My last incident they said it was delivered had to get a replacement from the company I bought the stuff from. Made a complain from the time I said I have a camera they stood quiet. Weeks later the same package that was lost came to my house by them. And it wasn't the replacement cause I had already gotten it. They are crooks working there not to be trusted.

UPS supposedly delivered a package, which was worth $529, to my door and I never received it.
Either it was stolen from my porch or the driver delivered it to wrong house. And Home Depot and the manufacturerer never insured. So beware when ordering that either a signature is required and /or the sender insures package.
Will never use their service again. US Postal service and Fed Ex are 100% more efficient.
