They NEVER ring my doorbell because they would need to walk up 10 steps to do so. They only ring the first apartments doorbell, who is never home. Really?!!! So because they are lazy, I always miss my packages and items get sent back to the shipper or lost or delayed etc. OR, better yet, they just leave the package in the rain and out in the open for everyone in Brooklyn to see (or steal). Seriously lazy, not to mention probably costly to the company. I work from home and can answer the door and receive the package anytime of day! It really doesn't get any easier than that! But I guess 10 steps is too much for them to walk up. Unbelievable!

Horrible, inefficient service!!! The shipper probably gave them a wrong address, so the package (my wedding gown) was held at their office. I called, corrected the problem and was promised to send it to the corrected address but instead shipped the package back to the shipper!!! I had a bad feeling about this already that's why I was supposed to pick it up but instead believed and relied on the promise that it will be shipped to me!!! It is my wedding gown!!! I hope I asked who the lady I talked to. If something happens to my package we will have a big problem!!!

I went to this location to pick up a package after a snow storm - which may account for why there was no line and few customers. Pick up and drop off were quick and straightforward. You do need ID to pick up a package. There were only 4 customers at the location during my visit, and from what I could tell, two employees manning the front desks.

This location is not public transportation friendly (unless you are taking the L train), and there is a designated pedestrian walkway that you need to take to get access to the building if you are on foot. The guard on duty at the vehicle entrance gives directions. It's a slight detour.

This location ships packages as well.

This is been a terrible experience. I stayed home yesterday after I paid $5 extra to change the delivery day to a day I could be home to sign for the package.

The UPS guy buzzed my building and I buzzed him in dropped a package for my neighbor and no note for me. I saw him walk out.

I received a delivery notice via email that an attempt was made to deliver --- apparently next door because I WAS HOME AND BUZZED HIM INTO MY APARTMENT.

Called 4 times. I was promised a call back each time I called. I did not get a call back.

I was home ALL DAY. UPS BUZZED around 11:45 am. I BUZZED HIM IN. HE DROPPED A PACKAGE FOR MY NEIGHBOR: 476 --- I am 474.

That isn't me. That's ok, there will be another delivery...

A couple hours later I notice that I got an email for the missed delivery notification. There was NO missed delivery slip on my door or any of the neighbors doors.

I call UPS customer service 4 times over the next 6 hours..........

All phone operators assure me that I will get a call back. I was told the driver could circle around and re-deliver.

I asked one woman what she would do and she advised me to WAIT FOR THE RETURN CALL.

NO ONE EVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS...........................................................................................

HUGE WASTE OF MY DAY.

THE PACKAGE FOR MY NEIGHBOR IS STILL IN THE LOBBY of my building.

FAIL.

I WANT TO THE CEO of UPS TO SEE THIS. Brooklyn UPS is terrible.

How can I trust service---if you do not do what you say?

You don't deliver the day you say.
You don't leave a delivery slip.
You don't call back -- 4 times.

That's not how I run my business.

So far I haven't had any real issues with this place and my packages. The staff in my experiences are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have always had the answers for all of my inquiries. I know everyone experience is different, but I have had no problems with them at this location.
