Horrible! They never pick up the pone, they never call as promised by the head office, and when I came to pick up my packaged they told my I had to come again at 8 pm, although they close at 6. I am chasing my delivery for the whole week. Why do i have to pay these guys, if at the end, I will wait for my delivery to shipped back and will ask the vendor to use another company?!

If I could rate it in negative stars, I would do it.
The service from this location should be closed and Service manager should be fired without any compensation. It is my not first time awful experience. If you expecting the package especially with the weight of computer. You will not only not received it, you will never received even the slip that you was out when delivery happened/ You could have explanation that there was three attempts and then package has been sent back.
It doesn't really matter if you leave a note on your door with instructions/ There are no delivery what so ever. Manager should be fired
On 8/10/2016 One year passed. No improvement at all

Worst major corporation in the country. I do six figures of business with them but I still can't get a call back from a sales rep. Daily pickups get missed routinely. Here I come Fed Ex!

This company redeem themselves, with me. I was first disappointed with them. Then i call told them about my problem. Then i get a call, it was being deliver as we speak. Great Job!! I love this company.

They suck, they had me running around looking for my package for 2 days, Didn't dropped it at the access point like they said they would. And I have to stay back a day from school becaus I have to wait a week for them to drop off my package because the guy that was supposed to bring it back forgot it. ( " very responsible " ) And the customer service caller had a nasty attitude. If I could I'll give them a negative million. They suck it's not the first time I lost something from them.
