Next Day Flyers

Love Next Day Flyers and have always had a positive experience with this printer. I've printed at least 75,000 bookmarks, postcards, etc. with them because the printing and paper stock is excellent. The one time I had an issue, the customer service rep responded immediately. I've used many online printers, but NextDayFlyers is definitely my favorite for printing bookmarks and postcards. Cheers.

This is sadly the second bad experience I've had with them.
The first time, they never sent me an email about something form my print order (my order met print ready status), and I had to threaten them to get it done on time. They admitted it was their fault and offered to upgrade my next order.
Next order was fine, I say fine cause I used the same files, made a note of the changes they decided to make the last time, and it didn't come out the same. They were just ok.
This time, I placed an order, they gave me some story about not being able to open an indesign file and since I couldn't figure out how to save it as a PDF, I cancelled my order. 20 minutes later I called back when I had figured it out - since they had already processed my refund, I was told I would need to upgrade to next day at a whopping $90 price difference.
Save time, save money, save yourself stress. Go somewhere else.
