Excellent! These guys are great! I needed a last minute dog walker for my puggle Sam because of a last minute business trip. I called a few dog walkers on the UWS, but no one wanted to take my job because they only wanted weekly jobs. I'm not sure, I guess because Upper West Pets was relatively new, they took the job and took great care of my Sammy. The owner even came the night of the call to fill out necessary paperwork and collect a temporary copy of the key. When I came home from my trip two days later, Sammy was happy and his doggy area had even been cleaned. What dog walker do you know takes the time to clean? Amazing! I will definitely use them again.
