Upper East Side Rentals

It was great to work with Upper East Side Rentals. I had two days to move from DC to New York and I needed to find a place immediately when I arrived. I quickly ran a search, found Upper East Side RentaIs in NY and contacted Jariel. I told him the situation and he told me not to worry; an hour later he met with me in Starbucks, presented 10 options, had the keys in hand and we were on our way. He had prepped me with what paperwork to bring and after showing me three units I found the perfect apartment. He was very helpful and made this dreadful move a breeze. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have been living in the Upper East Side for the last two years and love the neighborhood! When I originally arrived I contacted Jariel and let him know that I need the best value for my dollar. He organized a bunch of Upper East Side rentals and sent them to me. Before I met with him he explained to me that I MUST HAVE MY PAPERWORK otherwise... he wouldn’t meet with me. He was right, by the time we found my apartment, took a cab to the leasing office to rent it, there was a couple applying on the apartment I wanted. However, the landlord choose me over them due to the fact that I had my paperwork in hand. Jariel - thank you soooooooooooooo much for preparing me and finding me a place so smoothly. I will definetly use you again in the future.

He has helped me find three apartments over the last three years and I have enjoyed all of them. All three of the apartments I rented were on the Upper East Side. I know how much of a pain in the butt it can be to rent an apartment and Jariel actually makes the process pleasant! For years he has been showing me apartments, he knows the market extremely well, and he prepares you for everything before your hunt. ... He has consistently showed me the best apartments on the market and I totally trust him. I will definitely use him again (that’s if I need to move out of my amazing new apartment).
