They take way...too long and their employee's over the phone are deceitful about their arrival times.Most of the time I'm waiting over an hour for a salad+desert, absolutely awful considering some of us also happen to live near by, lol.

Friendly, decent. Surprisingly good for national chain. Good discounts for members. Too many TVs to sit and chat unless you're near the bar area. Kid friendly.

Overall, the service was extremely slow. The was barely anyone in the restaurant and it took an hour and 20 minutes from the time we were seated until the food came out. Moral? Dont come here in a rush. The staff were all very nice and our server was great. The food was alright. Not worth the wait in my opinion. However, the drinks and desserts were delicious.
