I researched four exchange places and this gave me the best by far. They had run out of Euros, though, and I went back three hours later. Best to call ahead. And you need to show ID even if you deal in cash. They were very pleasant to boot.

This store has by far the best rate for buying euros.
A lady helped me with my purchase.She was so nice by giving me all the denominations I wanted for my students ,i had to leave a review

This is by far the best currency exchange place in NYC, funny thing was my Bank sent me to them because i need the currency today and with the bank i have to wait 24 hours.
Service is nice and discreet and the lady at the counter very helpful
I believe the store name is Uno Forex though
