I am extremely happy with my experience with State Farm Insurance. I received a call from Erland Lami who was very helpful and professional! He immediately gave me quotes on my car and home and they were lower rates for the exact same insurance I presently had. I am now so happy that I took the time to speak to him and also he set me up for automatic payments monthly! Thank you State Farm!!

I have been with the State Farm Insurance office of Kate Rhee for over a year now and I am very happy about the level of customer service they offer. They know my name and are able to pull up my information as soon as I call, with no need to go through an automated service. My questions are answered immediately and the one time I asked for a refund, they immediately processed it with no questions asked and no delays. I am really very pleased and I hope they will keep up their excellent service.
