If i could give it half or no stars i would. These people do not communicate with you. EVEN IF YOU PUT AN OFFER ON A HOUSE, they do not reply to offers. If you dont want to work as a real estate firm then drop the shutters and go home. When you call them for an update on the offer they just stop picking up your calls. Horrible office.

Absolutely first rate company, I was under water with my mortgage where the value of my home was a lot less than my mortgage owed to the bank. the bank was threatening to foreclose on my home, I was desperate, depressed and physically ill. I found a short sale company online but their short sale proccess took almost a year and they unable to get an approval. A friend who had a short sale approved very quickly recommended Unlimited Homes Realty to me and I was very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism complete knowledge of the whole short sale process, they were able to get my short sale approved in less than 2 months. All I can say is thank God for Unlimited Homes Realty and thier courtious professional staff I have since recommended them to12 people for various real estate transactions I am very confident that each one will have a similar experience to the one I had. God Bless Unlimited Homes Realty my days filled with stress are now over.

lot - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IS RIGHT! ! ! These people do not communicate with you when you're the seller, keep telling you you are going to closing every month - and you're not, don't mail your house keys back to you, even though your contract with them has been up 3 months ago, leaves their damn sign on my property which I'm about to toss in the garbage, does not return e-mails, phone calls or texts and doesn't advertise your house for sale in any newspapers. That's why I had to fire them. They forced me to contact The Better Business Bureau. And they don't show your house to enough people.

This has to be the worst real estate office I have ever worked with. I wanted to buy a home, something very simple , they NEVER got back to me and were the most unprofessional office I have ever done business with . Call your local garbage man and you will get better service!! Terrible!!
